Mr. SUN Yeung YeungChairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sun is the consultant of CIAM and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of YBN. He is responsible for deal sourcing, direct investment and the management of a wholly owned subsidiary, YBN Investment Consulting Limited in Shenzhen. He is also responsible for a venture capital fund which is joint ventured with a global investment firm. He was the Manager in the Investment Banking Department of CITIC Capital Holdings Limited, responsible for exploring business opportunities and participating in transaction structuring and negotiations. He holds directorships in several listed and unlisted companies in Hong Kong and the PRC. Mr. Sun studied in the United Kingdom and Singapore. He graduated with a Master degree in Science with concentration in Business Administration (Information Technology) from University of Central Lancashire, the United Kingdom.
