Citic Xinyi is launched by YBN and public offered through Citic Trust for loan financing to SMEs that have high development potential in China. The fundraising is completed in June 23^rd, 2009. The initial plan of the trust scheme is RMB 300 million, in 3-year terms (within 2 years of investment period and 1 year of exit period). 250 million of priority share of beneficial interest and 50 million of secondary share of beneficial interest (subscribe to YBN). YBN takes charge of project developing, risk assessment and management and credit monitoring as investment advisor. The trust scheme is closed successfully in January 2012, with an illiquid market. The annualized rate of return of priority investors is 11.88% (deducted management fee and custodian fee), which is a strong performer among the products during the same period.
