The Henan agriculture industry investment fund (HAIIF) is the first industry investment fund approved by Henan province government that use for agriculture development, and also the first agriculture industry investment fund in domestic. The fund is founded by Henan Agriculture Synthesis Exploitation co., the YBN Capital co. Ltd, Shanghai Bohao Investment Consultant co. Ltd. and Shanghai Hengyue Investment Management co. Ltd. The fund is mainly invest in listed and unlisted industrialization of agriculture companies and affiliated enterprises with high growth within Henan province. The total scale of the fund is RMB 4.8 billion which made up of domestic fund and foreign fund, equally. It will be raised by 4 stages that include 2 billion of government guide fund, 4 billion of trust fund and 24 billion of foreign fund in each stage. The first stage of 6 billion was in place in January, 2010. The investment of first stage is completed and the second stage is looking forward to set up. Plenty of potential programs are planned.
